Complaints
If something has gone wrong with your order, please contact us using the details above with your order number. We will acknowledge your complaint within 8 hours and aim to resolve it within 5 working days.
If we cannot resolve your complaint, you may be able to refer it to an alternative dispute resolution (ADR) provider. We do not currently use an ADR provider. This does not affect your statutory rights, including your right to go to court.
